With over 15 years of experience across corporate, higher education, and nonprofit sectors, I bring a unique blend of expertise in career coaching, program management, and talent acquisition. My career journey spans emerging talent recruitment in the tech industry, advising and management in higher education, and leadership in nonprofit initiatives. This breadth of experience allows me to guide individuals and organizations toward success in today’s complex professional landscape.
I’ve supported thousands of individuals across all stages of their career journeys, from pre-college to mid-level professionals. Whether it’s sourcing and recruitment, admissions, onboarding, performance evaluation, or learning and development, I’ve been talent-focused and talent-facing.
